- It was very successful, the students enjoyed it. Students took it as a good challenge. Stars were placed beside the problem to indicate relative difficulty.

- Some of us found that it was successful because students seemed quite interested in the topic, but others found that it resulted in class management problems, since the students went off on a tangent.

Playing games with students where they need to guess a number, for example: when a virus infects a cell, how many new viruses are produced? (4)
- Students really enjoyed competing with each other to try to guess the right answers.

-Anchor Charts
A chart of everything you learned from the last topic and/or the day before was done at the beginning of the lesson to review for the students. The charts were placed at the back of the class, so the students would have them there for when they wrote the test.
- Interactive Smart Board Activities:
A review was done the next day, of what was learnt the day before, using the smart board, having the students come up and fill in the blanks themselves
